Plus, the room was cleverly designed with loads of charging spots and a fun entertainment system. They definitely.
In my wife's opinion, the swimming pool should have family hours to accommodate all ages.

Tbh, had a very nice stay for the holidays. The hotel was reasonably spacious, spotless and had amazing breakfast. Got the same well-stocked and recently renovated grand deluxe king room with stunning views in a great location booked online, loved that. The location was excellent right opposite the department stores. I ate in the lobby restaurant nearby.

Really good Service with Thoughtful Touches
The staff was attentive, even offering an upgrade for my special occasion. I was really surprised to find champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries waiting in my room. The accommodations and amenities were great, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but not overbearing - you are paying for service after all
There was no iron in the room, which we only discovered 30 mins before leaving for dinner. Also, there was no coffee maker for hot water, so no tea at the end of the night. There was no coffee in the lobby in the morning; if there was, it wasn't obvious...there was a nice cafe on the ground floor which we used each morning, although on our last morning there was mould on the toast which was pretty poor (they took care of the bill though) to say the least
